The first key to your happiness is believing that happiness is possible for you, and this will open doors to healthy relationships. Unfortunately, most of us are waiting for something or someone to make us happy.

Happiness starts from the inside and works its way out. Expect to be happy and you will be. Expect to be unhappy and that too, will come to you.

You choose your thoughts and your feelings. You choose to be happy or not. 
Here are some changes to help you obtain happiness:


  • Look at your present, not your past.
  • Focus on positives not negatives. 
  • Appreciate who you are and what you have.
  • Work hard & manage your time.
  • Love life.
  • Be thankful.


There are many ways of viewing happiness, some say it’s a human basic emotion, which fluctuates depending on the circumstance, some say happiness is based on your current feelings and thoughts; or some believe it’s a fundamental way of life.

Either way, happiness is a perusal which needs to be prepared, cultivated, nurtured, defended and protected so that it has longevity throughout difficult times and during self gratifying times.

Remember! To make healthy relationships - be happy first with yourself then your loved ones will feel happy too.
